This page explains how to delete your PacteGo account and the associated data.

Option 1 — From the app (recommended, immediate)

1. Open the PacteGo app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete my account.
3. Confirm with your password (and your two-factor code if enabled).

Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Option 2 — By email (if you no longer have access to the app)

Send a message from your account email address to contact@getssentinel.com with the subject "Account deletion". After we verify the request comes from the account holder, your account is deleted within 30 days maximum (usually within a few days).

What is deleted

Deletion permanently removes: your account and credentials, your recipients and trusted contacts, your messages, your vault files (encrypted storage), your configuration and preferences.

Limited retention

For security and legal reasons, a minimum of technical logs (e.g. anti-fraud records) may be kept for a short period, then automatically purged. These do not allow the content of your vault to be reconstructed.
